We can customize anything you want such as: Name, color,... Please take a note for our designers when placing your order. Our design team will satisfy your request.

Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are able to cancel your order within 1 hour since you placed it. Please contact our Customer service at: all@goodinthewoods.co. After that, we can’t cancel your order because it is fulfilled on our system.

If you realize that you need to change information of your order, please contact us at: all@goodinthewoods.co within 12 hours to modify your order. After that time, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order.

If you received a defective/damaged/ incorrect items, please contact us at: all@goodinthewoods.co along with your order number, then we will work with you to arrange a free replacement for you as soon as possible. We do not accept any cases when the order was delivered after 7 days.
